How It Works
Once you have decided on Baby Love Prints to announce your baby to family and friends, here is how it works:
Feel free to order Samples so you can see and feel the difference of all of the papers we offer.
Expecting? Pre-Order your envelopes so you can begin addressing them now while you still have some free time. We also offer Pre-Printed Return Address on the back of the envelopes to save you time!
Once baby arrives:
Select the announcement you like and add to cart. Pay securely through PayPal. You will see a form to fill out after you complete payment on PayPal for all the important information you would like included on your announcements. If you have any specific additions or changes, please indicate them in the Other section.
Email your photo(s) or request our address to send them via snail mail.
Once we have received your PayPal payment confirmation and photo(s), we will put you on the proofing schedule. The turnaround time is usually 48 hours or less, but can be delayed during extremely busy times. We’ll notify you immediately if there will be a slight delay.
Once you receive your proof, you will need to let us know of any changes you would like made. All major edits are approximately a 24 hour turnaround, while minor edits are usually completed the same day. If you require revisions, Baby Love Prints will send another proof of your baby announcement for approval. You must respond via email letting us know you approve before we process the rest of the order.
Once you have approved the proof, we will process your order and send to outside professional printers. No changes may be made after you have given final approval.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Baby Love Prints with shipping confirmation and/or tracking number depending on your shipping carrier.
The Proofing Schedule begins when we recieve your photo(s). If you only submit an order and no photo(s), your baby announcement proof production will not begin until we receive your photo(s).
When to expect your order to ship:
If you have chosen the Matte or Glossy Standard Photo Paper option, you can expect your baby announcements to ship within 2 business days after final approval has been given.
If you choose the Premium Card Stock or Folded Thank You/Note Cards, you can expect your baby announcements to ship within 5 business days after final approval has been given.
